Update Billing Information

 
  1. Go to your website by typing in your domain name in the address bar at the top of your internet browser. (ex: www.domainname.com)
  2. Scroll to the very bottom of your iMatrix website. Click on the 'Client Administration' or 'Client Admin' link. This will open the login screen in another tab or window.
  3. Type in your username and password.

    Please remember that your password IS case sensitive and must have at least 8 characters, including at least one capital letter, one lower case letter and one number. Your username is NOT case sensitive.

  4. Click 'iControl'.
  5. You should be on the 'Home' tab. Click the 'My account' tab in the navigation bar. 
  6. Click on the 'Payment Method' sub-tab.
  7. Fill out all new information pertinent to your credit card or checking account.

  8. Click on the submit button.
