Manage Contacts

  1. Log into the iControl.
  2. Click on the 'Contacts' tab, the fourth tab at the top of the iControl. 'My Contacts' will be the default page.
  3. Hover your mouse over the down arrow on the far right under the 'Options' category that is associated with the contact you want to manage.
    1. Click 'View' to view the full contact information.
    2. Click 'Edit' to edit the contact information.
    3. Click 'Delete' to remove them from your contact list.
    4. Click 'Resend Newsletter Subscription Activation Email' to resend the newsletter activation email. You will only see this option if the contact is listed as 'Pending' under the 'Newsletters' column. Your contacts will not receive the newsletter if they do not activate their subscription by clicking the link contained in this email.
    5. Click 'Resend Welcome Email' to resend the website membership welcome email. This email contains their username and password, in addition to any custom content you want to add by customizing the welcome email
    6. Click 'Manage Notes' to view, edit and add new notes to the contact. To add a new note, hover over the 'I Want To' menu located on the far right of the iControl and click 'Add New Note'.
